I recently hosted a group down the Great Ocean Road with Rod as coach captain. Throughout the trip, he was a conscientious, reliable, and impeccably safe driver. He related brilliantly well to the 27 passengers onboard and definitely value-added to the excursion. He made my job so much easier.

I would just like to let you know what an absolute delight it was to host your tour group and do their breakfasts and dinners for them. They were so much fun and it is with sadness that I farewelled them all after their final meal with us. The team of Belinda and Trevor were amazing and the rapport they had with the group was fantastic. We look forward to the next group!

It will, I am sure, not be a surprise to you that I am writing to congratulate you on a member of your staff. I recently toured Canberra and surrounds with the Sisterhood Travel. Rodney was our driver, a source of information, enthusiasm and gentle humour.

Rodney was clearly familiar with the sites we visited and had taken trouble to source a wide-ranging commentary on the surrounds. He complimented this by engaging with local characters and then generously shared any new insights he had gleaned.

Our coach driver, Rodney (from Trotters) was excellent. He took great care of us and the coach, kept us entertained - laughing constantly and his knowledge of the district was great. Our host, Elaine Schillinger, was also excellent. She is very approachable and went over and above in her duties, keeping us informed and consulted. Please let me know any future trips they are doing; I would travel with them both again. Rodney and Elaine are gems. Our Coach Captain was Rodney Featherstone, professional, personable, pointed out places of interest along the way. Made us all laugh, we did that a lot. Felt safe with his driving skills. Elaine, for only her 2nd outing as the guide, was amazing. Rodney's skill as a driver was very impressive. Both had friendly natures & also did not hesitate to assist the passengers when required.
