Our coach driver was excellent. He gives a good commentary. He is patient and pleasant — this is my second recent trip with Rodney. The bus driver kept us entertained and the tour leader ensured everything went smoothly. Overall a good trip. Both Sue and Rodney were most helpful and obviously worked well together. We had a most harmonious trip. Rodney was a very informative and well presented driver, and the coach was always immaculate inside and out. Rodney and the tour leader combined very well to deliver an excellent and happy tour experience.
Rodney was a very confident driver and all the passengers felt safe at all times. He was very knowledgeable about the areas we visited and was able to answer any questions that were given to him. When time permitted he took us on some drive-by detours to show us other local attractions and shopping. It was great to work with Rodney again as we worked well together throughout the tour. The coach was cleaned on a daily basis. Please pass on my sincere thanks to Rodney — I know when my group is with him that they will be well looked after.

Booked Trotters to transport my wedding guests. Super easy communication and fair price. They even put a ribbon on the coach for the occasion.

My name is Yvonne and I am the Coordinator of the Energy Break Through program at Ballarat High School. I would like to thank you for helping us make this program a reality for our students. This year we were able to expand the program from 16 participants in 2024 to 27 participants in 2025, thanks to your help, and keep costs and a realistic cost for students to afford, particularly in the current economics.
The students we have join this program often haven't found their "fit" in life yet, in one way or another. Sometimes this is displayed by isolation in the yard, with no friendships, or in the classroom, with dysregulated behaviours, with no goal or mission for what they want to do with their life, or even any drive for current life. Participation in this program seems to knit them together with others, finding mates and forming friendships first of all, learning to work together with others, but above all, finding a drive and passion for life again and a "fit" for their place in life. It's the changes I see in these students that drive me to put in the many hours it takes to run the program, and the passion to do it.
So I thank you from the bottom of my heart, and the colleagues that help me in running this program, for assisting us in funding the logistics of such a great game changing in the lives of these young people.
Thank you, thank you, thank you.

It will, I am sure, not be a surprise to you that I am writing to congratulate you on a member of your staff. I recently toured Canberra and surrounds with the Sisterhood Travel. Rodney was our driver, a source of information, enthusiasm and gentle humour.
Rodney was clearly familiar with the sites we visited and had taken trouble to source a wide-ranging commentary on the surrounds. He complimented this by engaging with local characters and then generously shared any new insights he had gleaned.
At all times, I felt safe and greatly appreciated Rodney's respectful demeanor.
I would just like to let you know what an absolute delight it was to host your tour group and do their breakfasts and dinners for them. They were so much fun and it is with sadness that I farewelled them all after their final meal with us. The team of Belinda and Trevor were amazing and the rapport they had with the group was fantastic. We look forward to the next group!
